Each batch of sourdough created in my desert home kitchen is crafted just for you over a two day period. Once your order is received, I will create and bake your loaf especially for you! Pick up days are here at my home bakery at For the Love of Sourdough in East Mesa (we are on Google Maps!), Arizona on our scheduled preorder dates between 1-5pm. Just order your loaves by 12pm on Wednesday of your preferred pickup week and I will get to baking for you!
All flours used are a certified 100% organic blend of organic flours.
Our preferred flours are Great River Organic Stone-Milled Lily White Bread Flour or Grand Teton Organic Einkorn Flour. Our bake style is traditional, just the old-world methods for yielding the most delicious loaf. Every loaf is baked in one of our 8 cast iron Dutch ove

Made using our 100% organic wild brown rice flour wild yeast ("starter"), Sweet Hazel, and a blend of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1:1 Flour (not organic but non GMO), organic arrowroot, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic psyllium

We do separate any and all utensils, bakeware, slicers, fridge and processing times for our GF loaves to eliminate any cross contamination. So far we have not had ONE issue with contamination.
