Each batch of sourdough created in my desert home kitchen is crafted just for you over a two day period. Once your order is received, I will create and bake your loaf especially for you! Pick up days are at For the Love of Sourdough in East Mesa, Arizona on Saturdays between 8am and 1pm. Just order your loaves by 11am on Thursday and I will get to baking for you!
All flours used are a certified 100% organic blend of organic malted barley and organic hard red wheat. Our preferred flours are Great River Organic Stone-Milled Lily White Bread Flour or King Arthur's Select Artisan 100% Organic Bread Flour. Our bake style is traditional, just the old-world methods for yielding the most delicious loaf. E

Made with an organic blend of dark rye flour and a high protein organic bread flour (barley and hard red wheat). Rye is a beautiful grain that is also more digestible than a classic sourdough. This has got to be my personal favorite. I will call this the "love of home" loaf. This loaf is so wonderful toasted with jam or grass fed butter. It has the essence of Sri Lankan cinnamon, a Turkish golden raisin medley and infused with coconut sugar for a slightly sweeter loaf. It's heaven and home.
