Sourdough in the Southwest

Thank you for visiting our sourdough microbakery & sourdough classroom here in the beautiful Arizona desert.    We are so glad you are here!

FTLOS is a community based sourdough Microbakery in Mesa, Arizona. You can find us on Google Maps for our location! We are located inside the Arizona Golf Resort community of Golden Hills. 

We offer preorder for our entire sourdough menu. If you missed our deadline for preorder (Thursdays by midnight of your preferred pickup week), please drive by our home bakery during our normal business hours or call ahead to see if we have extras. Due to the demand of our breads, we have started making extras for those folks. Preorder is strongly encouraged. 

       WE BAKE FOR THE MESA COMMUNITY EVERY SATURDAY starting May 24th!

WE BAKE FOR THE FLAGSTAFF COMMUNITY EVERY SUNDAY starting May 18th!  

Starting May 24th we will be baking for our Mesa locals two Saturdays a month from 8am-1pm for summer season. 

We will have a FULL MENU and our LIMITED MENU for each bread drop preorder date.

Upcoming menus will be announced with our sourdough offerings as we approach our bread drop dates.
