**Please Note on Gluten-Friendly Sourdough Boules**
Homemade Gluten-Free Sourdough is not ever going to taste like a loaf that you buy from the store. It is a dense loaf by nature because of the nutrient rich ingredients, lack of gluten structure, fermentation process and it takes nearly 2 hours to bake one loaf. You will receive your loaf the day it is baked so it is recommended that you allow it be rest all day and then slice and toast it before enjoying. As it ages, the loaf will become drier if density is not your thing. Please don't expect a dry, spongy bread like you would find in a grocery store.
